What are your delivery requirements for alcohol?
By law, all deliveries containing alcohol require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the courier upon arrival.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for spirits and wine?
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have been delivered. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
